What is that again?
Yeah, I know, that's the old question everyone is thinking. What on hell am I doing on this website? What is that Santa SOS?
The aim of this campaign is really simple. We want to unite fans of 5SOS from everywhere on the globe, to help some movements for Christmas. As a community, we are able to do great things. We can put hashtags on trends, we can make the band win awards, even the media talk about us. So why not use that power to create something useful and helpful for this Christmas?
We'd like to organise a big fundraising campaign, called Santa SOS (if you see the pun, high five for our bad sense of humour). We're not asking you to send hundreds of dollars/euros/pounds/whatever you use in your country, but every cent can count and we could actually make a change. 5SOS showed us the example by supporting some charities and by creating the New Broken Scene for us, this could be our way to show them that we understood and that we want to make a change too. Why not use that New Broken Scene to help movements? Why not use that New Broken Scene to have an impact on our world?
We've determined four movements/charities that we could help. Each one is related to a member's centers of interests. We tried to choose wisely where our help could go. We're not asking you to help every charity, you can obviously choose which one(s) you'd want to help. Fundraisings are online but we're up for any other suggestion you could have (meet-ups to collect money, etc). We'd like you guys to follow us on this path so we can create something amazing and worth the band we all love.
